Returns & Refunds


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If an order is defective/damaged or incorrect—within 24 hours of arrival send an email to Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged/defective items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging unused. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). 

Pepper spray cannot be returned, due to the nature of the product. These products must be reliable and without lowered pressure in order to function properly. Brave Chains will not re-sell these products to another consumer, without knowing if it will perform as expected in an emergency situation— since we won’t be able to determine if it has been used or tested prior to its’ return. These products may have been inadvertently compromised if you have tested the product upon receipt.

Brave Chains is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Buyers are responsible to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you’ve entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately after the order is placed. If your package is returned to us, due to incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, you’ll only be refunded the product cost. Shipping is NOT refundable. If we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately and we will send you a return label. 



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit; please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping is non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
